Teaching Philosophy

My main goal is to teach my students to read music fluently while also developing proper technique and studying music theory. All of these facets make for a complete musical experience, give the student the tools to enjoy playing their chosen instrument and facilitate progress.

Parent is required to be present for lessons and practice for younger students

Over 15 years experience in private music instruction
Students have excelled in the NGPT Piano Auditions and ASTA
Released two albums, titled "Stephanie Immordino" and "Things New and Old"
Former violinist in both the Muncie Symphony and New Brunswick Chamber Orchestra
2003 Marion Philharmonic Concerto Competition Winner
Performed Viola accompaniment in concert with Glen Burtnick (formerly of the group Styx)
