Security Policy

The Zenph Online Education Network is an online community of teachers and learners. We make every effort to ensure that it remains a safe and secure online learning environment. All ZOEN teachers are required to undertake an extensive vetting process that includes a thorough background check. This process involves the following steps:

Identity Verification »

We verify the following identity details provided by prospective teachers:

a. Email

b. Physical address

c. Phone number

d. Social media accounts (if any or if provided by the teacher)

Department of Justice Smart Screen »

We use the Department of Justice’s comprehensive, nationwide registry service (Click here for more information) to ensure that no known sex offenders can provide lessons in the ZOEN. This helps ensure the safety of our community of teachers and students.

National Criminal Background Check »

We screen all our teachers using the national criminal database information compiled by Instant Checkmate.com (Click here for more information).

Community Verification »

We invite all our teachers to join our LinkedIn groups and other ZOEN communities to help with continued professional development. Community forums and group discussions help us ensure that our online community continues to evolve.

Please note that this Security Policy may change from time to time. We will post any changes on the Service and our website and, if the changes are significant, we may provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification).

If you have any questions about this Security Policy, please feel free to contact us through our website at www.thezoen.com or write to us at zoensupport@zenph.com.
